F.E.A.R. Extraction Point Hints
Sniping Tips
1 of 9: Near where the enemy turret was is a spare frag grenade and a shiny new Type-7 particle weapon.
2 of 9: Trade some gun of yours out for the particle weapon, then look around for a nearby sniping vantage point.
3 of 9: The yellow catwalk isn't useful since it doesn't get you up high enough to see into Holiday's area.
4 of 9: So try the ladder.
5 of 9: Find the ladder on one side of the large pole that the yellow catwalk structure is next to, then climb it all the way to the little sniper's nest at the top.
6 of 9: You're supposed to stay there and use the particle weapon or whatever to help shoot the Replicas that are heckling Holiday, but the Replicas can easily see you and shoot you right through the meager cover you have up there.
7 of 9: So instead of hanging around in the nest, climb up to it to get things going over there, then immediately turn around, grab onto the ladder, and slide all the way down to the bottom.
8 of 9: Then just stand there and wait until Holiday says something about blowing the fence. That means the combat is over.
9 of 9: NOTE: If you don't want to keep the Type-7 particle weapon with you, go trade it back for the gun you had before. I'd advise this due to the scarcity of particle weapon ammo.
