How can I deal with these grenades?
1 of 8: You can't do anything about them from on the ladder, so just keep climbing.
2 of 8: TIP: At the top of the ladder, go straight forward and around the machines in front of you to find a reflex booster in back of them.
3 of 8: Move on past the room at the top of the ladder until you reach an openable door at the bottom of some stairs. (TIP: Look for a spare penetrator gun near the stairs' bottom.)
4 of 8: Go through the door and turn left, and you should be able to see the nearest prox grenade flashing red a little ways ahead of you.
5 of 8: You can't run up to it to activate it and then retreat to safety before it explodes, so that's not an option.
6 of 8: Fortunately, these grenades can be blown up from a distance with weapons fire or explosions.
7 of 8: Stand way back and use Zoom mode to help you shoot the nearest prox grenade.
8 of 8: The resulting explosion will destroy the second one, too.
