How do I get to this one?
1 of 5: Investigate the totally dark office that's to the left of the room that Mapes is in.
2 of 5: It has a standard ACE (Assassin Ceiling Exit) in it that you can see by looking up and left from the office's doorway.
3 of 5: Get up there by jumping onto the two cabinets that are next to the left wall.
4 of 5: Once you're up there, look around for a reflex booster.
5 of 5: When you have it, you can go back the way you came or hop up into a slightly elevated crawlway and follow it along to find a spare sub-machinegun and medkit (and a grate you can bash and drop down through).
