ATC Security Personnel
First Seen: Interval 05, Blindside
These are fully human opponents, and as such aren't quite as much of a threat as the Replicas can be. ATC guys wear bulletproof vests to protect their chests, but every other "kill zone" (head, two arms, two legs) is exposed and vulnerable, allowing for easier kill shots and disabling shots.
ATC guards also don't work nearly as well as a team, and will often scatter or foolishly rush you rather than employing better tactics. You also don't usually have to worry about them wielding anything more powerful than a shotgun or sub-machinegun (though some few have penetrators).
