How can I handle this super-tough freak in here?

  • 1 of 11: As soon as he drops down, you'll get some free SlowMo time. (It automatically starts up, and it doesn't drain your meter.)
  • 2 of 11: Use it to run back to the doorway you came in through.
  • 3 of 11: TIP: If you turn around and slowly back into the room until the Power Armor drops in, you can then run for the doorway faster since you don't have to waste time turning around.
  • 4 of 11: You should be able to make it out of the room before your free SlowMo wears off, but now's not the time to stop running.
  • 5 of 11: Keep running along, taking the only path available, until you come to two doorways -- one ahead of you that leads to the door-and-table ramp, and one to the left that leads to a small outdoor area.
  • 6 of 11: Run for the outdoor area and wait. The Power Armor should get stuck in the doorway that you just came through. (Just across the hall from the door-and-table ramp room.)
  • 7 of 11: He can still shoot you through the doorway unless you're behind cover or at a steep angle from him, like if you're in the doorway that leads outside.
  • 8 of 11: So stand just inside that doorway and lob grenades so that they'll hit the Power Armor.
  • 9 of 11: It's tricky to stand in the right spot so that you can hit it with frag grenades without taking any splash damage, but it can be done.
  • 10 of 11: However, it's much safer to use prox grenades and remote bombs if you have enough. (You'll need five or six.)
  • 11 of 11: TIP: The easiest way to handle this Power Armor is to set up five prox grenades and/or remote bombs in the doorway of the room that he drops down in before you go in there the first time. Then all you have to do is run back through that doorway after he appears, and achieve minimum safe distance from the blast. (Note that you should save your game right after setting the grenades, since the Power Armor sometimes detonates them with laser fire just as you're passing through the doorway.)
