How can I get to the other side of the fence?
1 of 9: You can't do so from on the ground.
2 of 9: Look up and scan the walls next to the fence.
3 of 9: The wall with the doors you entered the alley through has a sort of walkway up higher. You could get over the fence easily if you were on that walkway.
4 of 9: Go back into the building and find the nearby stairs.
5 of 9: Go along the walkway past the top of the stairs until you come to a window with three boards across it and a sort of board "ramp" that leads up to its sill.
6 of 9: TIP: Just before you reach the window, you can open a door to enter a side room that has another medkit on a desk.
7 of 9: Go up the board ramp and bash the window's boards out with your melee attack.
8 of 9: Then carefully crouch-walk through the window and drop down onto the slanty walkway past it.
9 of 9: Now you can drop off the end of the walkway that's just past the fence.
