How can I? It's too high to jump back over.
1 of 7: You need to have an item on the ground next to the rail so that you can jump over the rail from on the item.
2 of 7: Unfortunately, this game is no Half-Life 2 -- you can't pick up items and carry them around.
3 of 7: However, you can punch some items around with your melee attacks.
4 of 7: Locate the large empty trash can near a black sack of garbage.
5 of 7: Put your weapon away, crouch down, and punch that trash can all the way over to where it's next to the rail.
6 of 7: Then jump onto the trash and over the rail.
7 of 7: This is useful to be able to do after the next series of combats in case you need to go back over the rail to get more supplies.
