ATC Combat Tips
1 of 5: Move toward the injured doctor slowly and with your SMG in zoom mode.
2 of 5: An ATC guy is going to come out of the cafeteria to the right and kill the doctor.
3 of 5: SlowMo-kill the ATC guy, then use the usual cautious shoot-and-retreat tactics to finish off the other ATC guys in the cafeteria.
4 of 5: Take your time, since there are several of them, and more keep running in.
5 of 5: Get the combat shotgun that the doctor-killer dropped, then move down the hallway and turn right, ready for several more ATC guys to charge in through the doorway that's a ways ahead of you.
