1 of 3: After the ATC guys are all down, search the whole area for dropped weapons.
2 of 3: There's also a counter in the cafeteria that has some medical injectors on it, plus some guns near a glowing blue light tube on the floor next to it.
3 of 3: Don't forget to go back and get the armor vest you found earlier (if you skipped by it like I advised you to).
