ATC Combat Tips
1 of 3: When you exit the elevator, turn right and run around to where you can easily SlowMo-blast the nearest ATC goon.
2 of 3: Take cover in the nearby corner, then peek out and SlowMo-shoot the other nearby ATC guys.
3 of 3: Some will be hiding behind stacks of construction materials, and there may be one in a high-up doorway in the back wall.
