Section 5: Labs and Elevator

  • 1 of 10: Move past the two yellow machines and up to a small yellow valve wheel on a pipe.
  • 2 of 10: When that wheel pops off, back up quickly and get ready to SlowMo-blast an abomination that drops down in front of you.
  • 3 of 10: Climb up the ladder past that, then go through a door into a lab room.
  • 4 of 10: As you move toward the intel item you can see on a counter, watch for three abominations to drop into the room ahead of you. Have your shotgun ready for a good SlowMo-blasting.
  • 5 of 10: Look for an armor vest and combat shotgun past the intel item's counter, then leave the lab through its other door.
  • 6 of 10: Turn right and go around to a door that leads to another lab area.
  • 7 of 10: This one doesn't have anything of note in it, so just go through it and on to an elevator.
  • 8 of 10: Use the button to the right of the elevator to open its doors, then get in and use the button in the middle of the left wall to get it going.
  • 9 of 10: As you ride up, look up to see an abomination try to get in, only to be splattered by an overhead fan.
  • 10 of 10: Leave the elevator after it stops to get a checkpoint save and move on to Section 6: Entering the Arena.
