How can I cross over to the other building's second floor?
1 of 3: There aren't any conventional bridges, so you'll have to make do with a substitute.
2 of 3: Notice that one of the crashed airplane's wings is sticking into the other building, just above its second floor.
3 of 3: Drop down onto the airplane, then walk along the wing until you can drop onto the metal balcony that's attached to the other building's second floor.
