1 of 3: Before you go, exit the power armor and look for equipment stashes.
2 of 3: There's one in the back corner of the parking lot, plus one in each of the two ruined buildings on the other side of the street.
3 of 3: The main thing you'll want to do is pick up an armor vest and medical injector if your health or armor is less than max.
