1 of 3: Use all Magic (especially Summoning, Cold, and Thunder).
2 of 3: Or, throw a Phoenix Down or an X Potion at him and it will instantly kill him.
3 of 3: If it doesn't instantly kill him, you probably missed, so throw one at him again.
