1 of 3: If you're referring what to do with the Huge Materia, walk up to it and see if you can take it.
2 of 3: You can only take a Huge Materia after you've mastered all the spells of that kind.
3 of 3: So, go out and master ALL your Materia, and you can take all the Huge Materia.
