Final Fantasy VII Hints
Any tips for beating Reverse Sephiroth?
of 13: First off, you have to use Wall and Haste Materia on yourself to try to give yourself some protection.
of 13: Use your most powerful Summon Spells and Ultima.
of 13: Every time you kill a few of its body parts, you'll be asked if you want to switch to another time. In this case (if you have more than one team), you'll find that only one team can damage the yellow orb (part C) of Sephiroth's body.
of 13: Once part C is sufficiently damaged, you'll get a message stating that Cloud can now attach part C as well, so switch back to him and attack Sephiroth.
of 13: Once part C is destroyed, kill off everything else.
of 13: If you only have one team, all you can do is attack.
of 13: The number of teams you have will affect the strategy used against this boss.
of 13: The easiest way to kill Sephiroth is to use the Knights of the Round Materia.
of 13: If you have more than one team, keep in mind that the battle will end if even one team is killed.
of 13: Also keep in mind the number of times you've used a Summon Materia resets when you switch to a team and back (yipee!)
of 13: Sephiroth can heal himself using Reverse Energy. This will allow him to bring defeated body parts back to life.
of 13: He also can use Graviga, which is an explosion attack that causes 1500+ points of damage, a fire ray emitted from his chest that inflicts 1700+ damage, and a "Fallen Angel" type attach that reduces all party members' HP to one point.
