1 of 8: As you've seen, the key is always hidden on a lower floor.
2 of 8: Somebody usually has the key.
3 of 8: The man who has the 65th Floor key is Domino on the 62nd Floor.
4 of 8: Talk to him, and then check out the two library rooms on that floor.
5 of 8: Answer his question correctly and he'll give you the key.
6 of 8: Unfortunately, I can't tell you the answer to his question, because it changes every time.
7 of 8: If you get it on the first try, you get an Attribute Materia.
