How do I shut down the Missile Base?
1 of 14: Go inside.
2 of 14: OK, that one was obvious. But do it anyway.
3 of 14: Look at the blue light to open the first door.
4 of 14: Explore the base -- without fighting anybody unless absolutely necessary.
