1 of 6: You need to speak to somebody in charge, so head for the most obvious feature.
2 of 6: That would be the GoldenEye style dish in the center of town.
3 of 6: Head right from Balamb Garden and down the steps.
4 of 6: Talk to the people in the building and leave again.
5 of 6: Head right at the top of the stairs and follow the path.
