What should I do in the room with the monster?
1 of 5: When you start to play as Cid, you will notice that you can get Cid to move forwards by repeatedly pressing circle (in the Playstation version).
2 of 5: After doing this for a while, you will find that if the monster turns around, Cid will scurry back to the start and you will do it all over again.
3 of 5: However Cid will only run away if he moves when the monster faces him.
4 of 5: When the monster faces Cid, do not press anything.
5 of 5: Keep doing this and eventually you will reach a set of scales.
