What just happened on the roof?
1 of 9: If you're playing the American version of the game, what happened was a quick and confusing little cut-scene, which Joseph says was a murderous attack of some sort.
2 of 9: But if you're playing the European version, you get an arcade sequence in which you have to thread your way across the planks. Here's how:
3 of 9: Walk through the narrow planks without being hit by the moving grey metal hammers. Walk, don't run!
4 of 9: Run and jump to the platform in front you. Turn back and walk to the one next to it, then press the spacebar to reach the stairs.
5 of 9: Jump on the metal stairs on the right side and get up a level.
6 of 9: Once you have climbed the stairs, walk along the planks with the rail. Walk up the edge, turn so you're facing the top of the screen and let yourself fall from the edge. This lands you on a plank below.
7 of 9: WALK down to the lower right side of the screen.
8 of 9: Walk until the end of the long platform, turn and walk until you step on secure ground.
9 of 9: Now get near the hole and press the spacebar to climb down.
