  • 1 of 8: All of your answers can be found there in the den if you look hard enough.
  • 2 of 8: Click on the question marks next to the User Name and Password for clues to the answers.
  • 3 of 8: If you have searched the room carefully, those clues should look familiar.
  • 4 of 8: On the next screen, type in her grandchild's name.
  • 5 of 8: Even if you know his name, the computer will not accept it -- at least not in text form.
