1 of 5: Talk to Mary-Lou long enough, and you find out she has a Pygmy to English dictionary.
2 of 5: You need to barter for the dictionary.
3 of 5: Mary-Lou comments that her nail file is almost worn out.
4 of 5: Talk to Sparky at the crash site, and he'll offer you a file in exchange for a comic.
5 of 5: Give the comic book to Sparky, and he'll give you a file. Now give the file to Mary-Lou in exchange for the dictionary. Once you get it, you can just talk to the Pygmies and Joe will automatically use the dictionary.
