Frankenstein : Through the Eyes of the Monster Hints

Some general notes

  • An important part of the game consists of notes lying all over the place.  These notes are mostly very important since they give you indications on how to do certain things, provide you with necessary background information and more on.  Therefore, you should always read all notes you find and carry the ones you can.

Next, this game is rather linear -- some things have to be done before others can be done or before some actions take place.  This explains in a way why this hint-file sometimes looks like a walkthrough.  All efforts have been done to avoid this as much as possible.

Although the linearity of the game plays a major role in the way you have to act to reach the end, I can not exclude that another suite of actions would also lead to the end.  I wrote this hint-file out of my own experience and found out that following this flow of actions certainly makes it possible to play the game until the end.

Finally, you should save your game often, because it's sometimes vital that items are in their initial position for you to be able to perform certain tasks.  Saving often will save you lots of walking around to restore original settings.  Besides, at certain points in the game, you can die, and a lot faster than you would expect.
