1 of 7: This seems to be a common problem and I think I have the answer.
2 of 7: There is a certain item in the Ludwig Museum at Herrenchiemsee that triggers Professor Barclay's phone call.
3 of 7: Did you spot Ludwig's diary?
4 of 7: It *is* a bit difficult to see.
5 of 7: It's located in Display Room #2 and it's to the left of the paining from Grace's dream.
6 of 7: Click on the black case on the left wall when you're facing the painting and read the plaque beside the diary.
7 of 7: Now return to Schloss Ritter and Gerde will tell Grace that Professor Barclay called while she was out.
