Gabriel Knight 3: Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned Hints
What is the solution to the Aries riddle?
of 9: As always, pay attention to the highlighted words, and look them up in SIDNEY if you don't know what they mean.
of 9: Also follow some of the links in the topics you first looked up.
of 9: The quaternity entry talks about a square.
of 9: The Pythagoras topic also has a link to an entry about squaring the circle.
of 9: Maybe you need to position a square around the circle you already have.
of 9: And you already found a square in the parchment you analyzed to get the circle.
of 9: Use that on the map, and then position it.
of 9: You don't need to know the angle of the square yet.
of 9: Just resize it and move it so that it's outside the circle, with the square's edges touching the circle at four points (as shown in the SIDNEY entries). As long as you have squared the circle, the square can be tilted at any angle, and you'll still get credit for this riddle.
