What sort of evidence should I be looking for?
1 of 5: You will need to find a few critical items in several of the guests' rooms -- Madeline's and Lady Howard and Estelle's, to be precise.
2 of 5: Beyond that, just go into every room and search everything. You should pick up a few fingerprints with the fingerprint kit that Grace left near SIDNEY.
3 of 5: In particular, get Buchelli's print from his suitcase, Madeline's print from a gun in a suitcase under her bed, Lady Howard's print from the hand-held mirror in her bathroom, and Abbe Arnaud's print from a pack of cigarettes in his desk drawer. (The cigarettes can be hard to see, since the game will turn to a camera angle that hides them when you open the drawer. Change the camera angle if you can't see them at first.)
