What can I do at the murder scene?

  • 1 of 17: I would recommend that you just head to Le Fauteuil du Diable to see what can be done.
  • 2 of 17: From the parking lot, you will need to head to the Fauteuil itself.  You will find Mosely there.
  • 3 of 17: Talk to him.
  • 4 of 17: And then see what clues you can pick up.
  • 5 of 17: You need to find out what happened to all of the blood from the two men.
  • 6 of 17: And also "think" on the situation.
  • 7 of 17: There's a flat area in one section of this screen where you will find several pools of blood.
  • 8 of 17: Look at the blood to get Mosely to come to the scene, and then look at the depressions in the ground near the blood.  Then, keep thinking about the blood and the prints until Gabriel runs out of things to see or say.
  • 9 of 17: Once you've done that, you've done all that you need to do.  You can leave at any time, and Madeline will come to the scene as you and Mosely are on your way out.  Or you can keep looking for more clues first -- there's no way back into the murder scene for a while after Madeline gets there.
  • 10 of 17: For a few extra points, look at and "think" on the dead bodies.  The bodies actually have several hot spots: their heads, necks, and torsos.  Each will have a different bit of description.
  • 11 of 17: There's also something you can do outside the main part of the Armchair of the Devil.
  • 12 of 17: Notice those tire tracks?
  • 13 of 17: There's another screen of parking lot, on the opposite side of the road from the main attraction.
  • 14 of 17: Head there to find the car that Prince James's men were driving.
  • 15 of 17: You can also get something off the car to help you figure out where the men might have been.
  • 16 of 17: Use your sketchpad on the car to make a rubbing of its tire treads.  You can then compare that to any tire tracks you might find around the valley.
  • 17 of 17: In particular, the interesting tracks will be outside Chateau de Serres.
