How do I find someone at the town hall?
1 of 8: You'll first need to give the basketball player something to do.
2 of 8: That means you need the basketball. See the next question for more help.
3 of 8: The basketball player might like to take a few shots.
4 of 8: So throw him the basketball and he'll shoot (F).
5 of 8: You will now want to deflect the ball to the town hall to get someone's attention.
6 of 8: Try hitting the ball just after the player has taken a shot.
7 of 8: Only Winkle is playful enough to do that.
8 of 8: Just touch the ball as it's going into the hoop (W) and the mayor will come out. You can then talk to him.
