1 of 6: I think you're going to need to shed some light on this problem.
2 of 6: There's only one source of light on this screen.
3 of 6: Use the lantern to turn it on (F).
4 of 6: You really want to catch the lamp fish that swims by.
5 of 6: Just stand on the platform in the middle of the screen and catch the fish when it stops (W).
6 of 6: Then throw the fish in the dark area to light it up (W).
