Which hand does what in here?
1 of 2: The left hand uses an item for its obvious purpose. It has no inventory, and it can't use an item on another. Basically, use it to turn things on and off.
2 of 2: The right hand will pick up items and use them on other items. If you want the "Use XX on YY" construct, pick up the item and carry it with the right hand.
