Defeat Fadi in the arena.
1 of 6: Talk to Arokkh to get this first arena mission.
2 of 6: After Fadi enters the arena circle, enter it yourself and draw your weapon.
3 of 6: Fight him into unconsciousness, being careful not to push him back so far that you leave the arena circle while attacking him -- that's very easy to accidentally do.
4 of 6: Defeating Fadi will get you 1000 XP, 10 local rep points, Strength +1, and the stuff you can loot from him.
5 of 6: Talk to him after he wakes up to get 250 XP.
