2 of 3: The only way to restore his power is to do the "Throw the fire chalices into the sacred fire!" main mission and get the blessed fire chalices.
3 of 3: Give one to Karlen to restore his powers and get 10 healing potions, 2500 XP, and a Rebel rep point.
