Gothic 3 Hints

The orcs need a smith for Silden.

  • 1 of 7: Talk to Denpok to get this mission.
  • 2 of 7: There's a smith named Kadok hanging around near the mill at the NW corner of town.
  • 3 of 7: However, he won't be able to take over the smith's job until you get his hammer back.
  • 4 of 7: Do the "Kadok is missing his smith's hammer" mission, then ask Kadok to become the local smith.
  • 5 of 7: He'll agree, earning you 1500 XP and six Silden rep points.
  • 6 of 7: He'll then walk over to the smithy building inside the orc leader's compound. (You can learn smithing skills from him after you gain access to the compound.)
  • 7 of 7: Return to Denpok for a reward of 500 gold and 1000 XP.
