Inog secretly helps slaves escape.
1 of 3: Talk to Inog in his hut fairly near the orc leader's compound to get this mission.
2 of 3: Then go report him to Zapotek, the head orc in the slave camp at the NE end of town, to get 200 gold, 1500 XP, and an Orc rep point.
3 of 3: You can then tell Inog that the orcs know he's been sneaking slaves out to get 200 gold and 1000 XP.
