You can find and make potions that permanently increase your Hunting Skill. To make them, you'll need the Potions with Permanent Effects skill, a recipe for permanent Hunting Skill potions, all the ingredients that the recipe lists, and an alchemist's bench to work at.
If you're reading this on the downloadable UHS Reader program, you can use its "Find in File..." feature under the File menu to search for "hunting skill +" (w/o quotes) to get a list of missions that give you Hunting Skill increases for doing them.
