Gothic 3 Hints
Troll hunting with Mitch.
1 of 6: Talk to Mitch, who's camped along the path leading east from Faring's lower (SE) exit, to get this mission.
2 of 6: When you tell him you're ready, he'll head off to a nearby spot where there are three trolls and several scavengers.
3 of 6: I'd highly advise you to kill off all of the scavengers and two of the trolls (by leading them across the nearby bridge as you shoot them with arrows or magic) before getting Mitch out there.
4 of 6: With only one troll left, you and Mitch attacking it together should confuse it enough that it won't be able to concentrate on either one of you.
5 of 6: When it goes down, you'll get 2500 XP and 12 Faring rep points.
6 of 6: Talk to Mitch to get 500 XP and four Faring rep points, plus 500 more XP when you're through talking.
