Defeat Ugo in the arena.
1 of 4: After paying Ashton the entry fee, talk to Ugo.
2 of 4: After asking him to teach you something, challenge him to a fight in the arena.
3 of 4: Beating him gets you 1000 XP, seven Montera rep points, and Strength +1.
4 of 4: After he wakes up, talk to him to get 500 XP and the option to buy thief-related training from him.
