Gothic 3 Hints
Ben the servant needs his shovel.
1 of 7: Talk to Ben on the eastern farm to get this mission.
2 of 7: Head south from the farm until you get near the water, then turn SE to find the temple right nearby.
3 of 7: Go toward the temple's entrance, but don't go down the ramp that leads to the underground passages.
4 of 7: Move along to the left of the ramp to find a group of bags with a shovel stuck in them.
5 of 7: That's Ben's shovel, so grab it and return to the farm.
6 of 7: Give the shovel to Ben for a reward of 1000 XP, Thieving +1, and a tip about the nearby shrine statue.
7 of 7: Look behind the statue to find a chest with some gold and other treasure in it.
