Defeat the fat guy.
1 of 3: The fat man that you need to speak to for this mission is at his tent a ways NW of the temple that's directly south of Mora Sul. (It's marked with a dark blob on the world map.)
2 of 3: Say you ought to punch him in the mouth to get the fight started.
3 of 3: When he goes down, you get 500 XP, Strength +1, and whatever you can loot from him.
