The man who killed Ramirez.
1 of 13: After you finish the "Ramirez, the missing Hashishi" mission, get your local rep up to 75 if you haven't already so you can enter Gonzales' house and talk to Ningal.
2 of 13: When you tell Ningal about Ramirez's death, he'll give you 250 gold and this mission.
3 of 13: He says you're to find Ramirez's murderer, and you're to be sure you get the right guy.
4 of 13: Ask around town for a clue.
5 of 13: Ningal said that the guy who killed Ramirez was a magic ore thief, so whom might he have sold the ore to?
6 of 13: Try Ismael at the smithy on the east side of town.
7 of 13: You'll have to bribe him 400 gold before he'll tell you that a guy named Hassan sold him the ore.
8 of 13: You can also ask Masil at the slave market along the south side of town about ore blanks, but he'll just glitchily say nothing.
9 of 13: Fortunately, Ismael's info is all you need.
10 of 13: Now you need to find Hassan and get him to confess to the murder.
