Booze for the prospector.
1 of 2: To get this mission, find Owen at his campfire a short way south of Okara, on the other side of the ogre canyon. (You can skirt around the west side of the canyon without entering it and fighting the ogres.)
2 of 2: Just give Owen a bottle of booze, and he'll be happy. You will, too, with 250 XP and four Okara rep points just for that easy mission.
