1 of 4: Talk to Innostian in the small alchemy room at the right end of the buildings on the higher ground to get this mission.
2 of 4: He wants 50 mana plants, so go out plant-picking. Mana plants grow just about everywhere.
3 of 4: Also, you can buy mana plants from alchemists, including Innostian himself, Pyran, and the Fire Mage and alchemist at the monastery's entrance.
4 of 4: When you have 50 mana plants, hand them over to get 243 gold, 1500 XP, and alchemy training.
