Jared the artifact trader wants to meet Lares.
1 of 3: Talk to Jared in his shop a bit north of the town's south gate to get this mission.
2 of 3: All you have to do is talk to Lares, who hangs around a bit north of the shop, and mention that Jared wants to meet him. You'll get 1000 XP, two Geldern rep points, and Thieving +1.
3 of 3: Return to Jared and give him the good news to get 912 gold and 500 XP.
