Gothic 3 Hints

Ejnar's tomb.

  • 1 of 11: This is the tomb at the red X that's at the center of the bottom part of the ancestor map that Kerth gave you.
  • 2 of 11: Use standard lure-away tactics to clear out the two tomb chambers a bit at a time.
  • 3 of 11: Unfortunately, Ejnar's ancestor stone is nowhere to be found anywhere inside or outside the tomb.
  • 4 of 11: That's because it's in the possession of someone in Faring.
  • 5 of 11: If you haven't done the Faring mission "Take Ali's gift to Tom" yet, the stone will be in Ali's chest. Otherwise, Tom will have it.
  • 6 of 11: Go and get it (Tom will hand it over when you ask him to if you've finished Faring's Hunter Missions), then return to the tomb.
  • 7 of 11: NOTE: If you gave Rathgar the ancestor stone, find him at Pedar's hut near the tomb and ask him to give it back to you.
  • 8 of 11: Once you have the stone, find the runed pedestal in the back of the tomb's inner chamber.
  • 9 of 11: Stand so that the words "Runed pedestal" come up, then click and choose to place the ancestor stone in the pedestal.
  • 10 of 11: That'll get you 2500 XP, five Fire Clan rep points, five Nordmar rep points, and Hunting Skill +3.
  • 11 of 11: And don't forget to loot Ejnar's body to find his neat old helmet.
