Gothic 3 Hints

The orc shaman Grok wants all the fire chalices.

  • 1 of 7: To get this mission, you must first get your local reputation up to 75 or more points.
  • 2 of 7: Then talk to Grok in his throne room in the temple building.
  • 3 of 7: When you ask him about the fire chalices, he'll tell you to get all twelve of them and bring them to him.
  • 4 of 7: You get the fire chalices on the main mission "Find all the fire chalices of the Fire Mages."
  • 5 of 7: Once, when I returned to Grok after getting all twelve chalices, there was no option to turn them over to him, and I'm not sure why.
  • 6 of 7: If he'll take them, you'll get 10,000 gold, 10,000 XP, and seven Orc rep points.
  • 7 of 7: NOTE: If you instead get all the fire chalices blessed on the "Throw the fire chalices into the sacred fire!" main mission, Grok will turn hostile the next time you go near him.
