2 of 5: Leave Vengard through its SW gate and follow the road south until you come within sight of a circle of standing stones.
3 of 5: North of that circle is the entrance to a cave that contains troglodytes (a.k.a. "heavy-breathin' heathens") and lurkers. The trogs are non-hostile at first, so finish off the lurkers before turning your attention to them.
4 of 5: Kill the trog in the cave entrance first, then start in on the ones farther in, retreating if necessary during the combat to avoid getting mobbed. The trogs are very fast and tough compared to most other creatures.
5 of 5: Loot them all for undigested fire nettle, then return to Egidius to get three Powerful Potions and training services. (Note that you can eat any extra undigested fire nettle for permanent Hunting Skill increases.)
