Gothic 3: Forsaken Gods Hints
Hubertus asks Player to take his wife to Faring for shopping.
1 of 8: Talk to Hubertus in the castle courtyard to get this mission.
2 of 8: Find his wife nearby and talk to her to get her to start following you. Now you have to escort her north to Faring.
3 of 8: Leave through the western gate, then cross the nearby bridge and turn right.
4 of 8: Have Hubertus' wife wait near the bridge while you go west along the road, looking for hostiles. You're likely to be attacked by a couple of ogres, including one named Ugluz Potbelly.
5 of 8: After you kill them, get the wife to follow you again, then go along the road until you come to the huge stone bridge that leads to Faring. Hopefully, you won't encounter any more hostiles along the way.
6 of 8: Cross the bridge and follow the road left as it goes uphill to Faring's village. That's not good enough for her, though -- you'll need to take her up to the castle.
7 of 8: After you go up the steps to the castle courtyard, turn left and move around near the steps until the wife stops following you and you get 2500 XP and 500 gold.
