Gothic 3: Forsaken Gods Hints
Get information about the black mage.
1 of 5: To get this mission, talk to Clovis after finishing the "Find the missing spy" mission.
2 of 5: Go to Trelis and look around the castle for the orcs you were referred to.
3 of 5: You'll find Garan standing guard next to the large house that's along the south side of the castle. Approach him to get some info on the black mage.
4 of 5: Silvester and Nicholas are on guard duty on the wall, and Rudolph is probably in Ogit's house. Talk to all three of them as many times as you can.
5 of 5: Once that's done, return to Geldern and report what you've learned to Inog to get 4500 XP, 500 gold, 5 Rebel rep points, and 5 Geldern rep points.
