2 of 4: It works just like the healing plants mission. You'll need to go around and find 12 mana plants to pick.
3 of 4: There's a couple of them near the east end of the rebel camp, plus several more in the large field east of that. Some are near Garik and his men, and some are farther east near a few goblins.
4 of 4: Once you have enough, give them to Ignatius to get 10,000 XP.
